Postage Costs

If you are returning a product such as a safety razor, shaving brussh or razor blades because it is faulty, Shaving Made Better will reimburse the postage costs to a maximum value of £4. However, if you are returning a product under our money back guarantee that has no defects, there is no postage refund.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods are entitled to a full refund under our money back customer satisfaction guarantee.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of the receipt of the damaged goods. This includes the postage cost of returning the item to us. If required, you can request we pre-pay the postage costs to a maximum of £4.00.
